Our client is a leading tech development company located in Dubai and established in the last 12 months. They specialize in providing outsourcing services to companies globally by assisting clients in locating and hiring top-tier tech and software developers. They are essentially building a talent incubator in Dubai for the Technology sector and wish to scale this project long term.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our overall business objectives and ensure client satisfaction
Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the organization, including but not limited to finance, human resources, operations, and admin
Manage client relationships and ensure that client needs and expectations are met
Prepare and present quarterly update presentations to shareholders
Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly
Manage and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring that all departments adhere to their budgets and financial targets are met
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant for the role, you MUST have the below experience:
A background in staffing / recruiting and HR from an IT outsourcing standpoint
Dynamic understanding of software development/ IT talent and landscape in the Middle East
Proficiency with UAE labour and HR laws
Commercial and operational expertise with capability to run an \'incubator\' in Dubai and then take to market to potential clients looking for contract/ temp talent solutions
Overall professional work experience of 8-15 years
Must be based in UAE with local market knowledge and know-how
