We are looking for Associate for one of our client\'s Legal Consultancy ROLE: ASSOCIATE SALARY: 8000 AED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as corporate lawyer in UAE (BILINGUAL IS A MUST) JOB TASK:

- Client Management, Drafting
- Reviewing and execution of contracts and agreements
- Drafting legal proposals, legal advice and opinions
- Undertaking legal research and keeping up to date with new legislation in the region
- Developing and evaluating new business partnerships with SMEs. Developing, proposing & supporting vertical and horizontal collaborations.
