We're seeking a results-driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. You'll lease and sell commercial properties (commercial villas, offices, retail, industrial), build client relationships, secure listings and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure new commercial property listings and build pipelines
Market properties via digital and traditional channels
Conduct viewings, negotiate terms and finalise lease/sale agreements
Maintain CRM records, track opportunities and deliver on KPIs
Collaborate with owners, tenants, property management and marketing teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing or sales (preferred)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, capable of working independently
Familiarity with Doha/Qatar commercial property market an advantage
Valid driver's licence
