Majali Enterprises is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our legal team and support a strategic project in the smart mobility and ride-hailing sector.

We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of commercial contracts, and the willingness to grow within a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

Position Title:

Commercial Lawyer Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze commercial agreements, including those related to the smart-transport sector. Participate in legal discussions with international stakeholders. Provide clear legal comments and recommendations to support contract improvements. Draft formal legal responses, notes, and briefs. Stay updated on Jordanian laws, especially those linked to technology and transportation
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law. 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate law (preferred). strong command of English (written and verbal). Strong legal writing and analytical skills. Professional, reliable, and able to work collaboratively. Eager to learn and handle complex contractual details.
