Commercial Kitchen & Laundry (autocad & Revit)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with expertise in Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Design to join our design consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed design drawings for commercial kitchens and laundry facilities using AutoCAD and Revit.
?Develop and manage Revit models for kitchen and laundry layouts and equipment coordination.
?Ensure designs comply with project requirements, codes, and international standards.
?Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other disciplines to achieve integrated designs.
?Revise and update drawings/models based on design team and client feedback.
?Prepare equipment schedules, BOQs, and technical submissions.
?Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and models.
?Deliver accurate design packages within agreed project deadlines.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design (preferred).
?Minimum 2 years' experience in drafting for kitchen and/or laundry design.
?Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (including modeling) is mandatory.
?Familiarity with international standards and workflows for kitchen & laundry facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
