Job Description
Deliver Equipment Safely
Load, transport, and unload ovens, refrigerators, prep tables, hoods, and other kitchen units. Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transport.Install Commercial Kitchen Equipment
Set up and anchor units according to kitchen layout and manufacturer specifications. Connect to utilities (gas, water, electricity, drainage), often in coordination with licensed trades.Site Preparation and Positioning
Follow blueprints and plans to install equipment in compliance with kitchen flow and safety codes. Ensure all items are level, secured, and fully operational.Compliance & Safety
Follow local building, fire, and food safety regulations during installation. Maintain a safe work environment, especially in tight kitchen spaces.Customer Interaction & Handover
Interact professionally with clients on-site. Provide basic training or instructions on how to use and maintain installed equipment.Documentation
Complete delivery and installation reports, get customer sign-off, and report any issues or missing parts. Experience inequipment handling
