Candidate should be able to do repair and maintenance for all types of commercial kitchen equipment Hot equipment - All hotline equipment gas and electric operated including Ovens, Deep Fryers, combiner\'s ovens etc Cold equipment - All types of Chillers, All Types of Freezers, Cold Rooms, blast chillers Coffee Machines Dish Washers & Ice Machines We are currently looking for skilled workers for the following positions to join our company. - Commercial kitchen equipment repairs proven experience.
- Willingness and ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
- Availability for occasional overnight travel as assigned.
- Self-motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Clean professional appearance.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with gas and electric equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Work alongside with the Service Technicians to complete commercial kitchen equipment repairs.
- Responsible for performing the necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Performs commercial kitchen equipment repairs and maintenance using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
- Provides support and rotates emergency calls with the Maintenance Lead.
- Trouble-shoots diagnoses and corrects kitchen equipment breakdown problems.
- Performs reasonable duties under supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s direction in completing kitchen work orders and requests for service.
- Assists Service Technicians with various day-to-day tasks and emergency on calls.
- Incorporates both safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- driving license (Preferred)
- diploma or technical certificate (Preferred)
