Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create kitchen + laundry + waste equipment layouts & itemized equipment lists Develop MEP load schedules & MEP rough-in drawings (electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls) Attend meetings and present your work to your PM and to external Clients Prepare a project tracker that includes the progress + status of the tasks & delivery dates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Revit, BIM modeling and BIM collaboration 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems, technical data related to the kitchen, laundry & waste layouts Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements Proficient in Revit and BIM, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP, etc * Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
