Role Overview

The Commercial Executive leads the company's commercial strategy, revenue growth, and high-value negotiations, operating at a senior level within a regional and international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead negotiations for major contracts, partnerships, and long-term agreements. Oversee pricing structures, margins, and commercial risk management. Manage and mentor commercial and sales teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and strategic partners. Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams on complex transactions. Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities in the GCC and international markets. Prepare high-level commercial reports and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

Minimum

10 years of experience

in commercial management or senior commercial roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Excellent English proficiency

(spoken & written) - mandatory. Arabic language

not required

. Strong background in contract negotiation, business development, and strategic planning. Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities. Experience working in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
