The Opportunity

As part of a 2 year Puig Graduate program based in Dubai, UAE, the E-tailing Graduate will be reporting to the Key Account Manager. They will focus on supporting Middle Eastern retailers by assisting with Puig brands and product execution across all e-retailer platforms. This role involves nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, digital HQ and brand digital teams. Ensuring compliance with all brand guidelines for Puig Beauty Brands Including Carolina Herrera , Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne , Penhaligon's, Christian Louboutin, Dries Van Noten, L'Artisan Parfumeur ,Byredo & Dr Barbara Sturm. Position

What you'll get to do

Conduct weekly audits of retailer product and brand pages to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Optimize PUIG brand visibility and performance, providing marketing insights. Collaborate with digital HQ and brand teams for local adaptations of e-tailing guidelines. Create and adapt marketing assets (banners, app cards, PDP assets, social media posts) using Photoshop for e-tailers. Perform bi-monthly out-of-stock (OOS) audits with DataSeekers tool and share findings with UAE, KSA, and KWT Sales Managers. Ensure complete assortment availability across retailer platforms. Manage assortment files by brand and retailer, regularly reviewing for accuracy, and coordinate with the Marketing team on product updates and launches. Stay updated on market trends to proactively address brand positioning and visibility. Develop strong relationships with retailer partners to enhance brand representation.
