Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Director to join a world leading PMC on the iconic NEOM giga projects. These include some of the most ambitious large-scale Hospitality, Residential, Retail andamp; Mixed-use construction projects in the world. Experience:
- Middle East senior level commercial experience within the design, tender and construction phases of multiple types of projects is required
- Middle East andamp; Regional experience of managing multiple complex projects, with multiple teams under your responsibility.
- High level of experience within construction and fit-out of mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail and residential
- To commercially lead Projects andamp; team from feasibility through to commercial tender analysis and site set-up with responsibility for QA/QC for service delivery
- To support post contract services to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of the client
- To assist in tendering processes including drafting requirements, building-up necessary tender information, coordinate list of tenderers, support during tender stage, provide tender analysis, PTC, award, and management of contracts
- Focus is on procurement administration of all contracts, including operations (contractor/vendor and consultants) within budgets, and ensuring Client achieves best value in project delivery
- 15 years experience
- A civil or construction related degree
- CIPS and/or RICS is preferred
