Black & Grey HR is supporting a UAE based service platform with multiple strategic stakeholders to appoint a Commercial Director.

This role owns commercial expansion, partnership strategy, and sustainable growth across a portfolio of services within a structured governance environment. Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the growth strategy across core and adjacent service lines
- Identify new revenue channels through partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem expansion
- Build synergies across internal stakeholders, related entities, and third party operators
- Own governance across performance, KPIs, and commercial commitments
- Support senior stakeholder forums with decision ready insights and recommendations
- Ensure strong commercial controls across contracting, risk, compliance, and value protection
- Work closely with Legal and Finance on commercial models, contracting, and negotiations
- Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple parties with competing priorities
Requirements
- 10 + years in commercial leadership roles in the UAE
- Strong experience in growth, partnerships, and scaling service based revenue
- Proven stakeholder management with senior decision makers
- Strong commercial judgement across financial analysis, pricing logic, contracting, and risk
- Comfortable operating in structured governance environments
- Clear communicator with presence, maturity, and execution discipline
