Due to expansion this construction company has a number of Modular build facilities in the Middle East and now looking to bring in another Commercial Manager/Director.
Focused on commercial management in the Modular market, Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Hotel and Resort Developments.
You will have a degree in QS or Commercial Management with knowledge of the Middle East market or open to strong experience elsewhere but must be within the MMC / Modular sector.
This role will only be successful to applicants who have extensive MMC / Modular building experience or a strong understanding of the market.
On offer will be a salary guide circa \xc2\xa3120k depending on level of experience, with flights over, family benefits, insurance, health plus.
