JOB TITLE COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
REPORTING TO BRAND DIRECTOR
LOCATION DUBAI, UAE
MAIN PURPOSE
  • Reporting to the Brand Director, the jobholder is responsible to ensure the brand performance for the entire region within all channels.
  • He/she is the main point of contact for the entire commercial activities and the warrant to ensure the brand strategy at market level.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategy

  • In collaboration with the Brand Director, he/she will build the commercial market strategy in the region.
  • Contribute to the Network evolution strategy to leverage relevant business opportunities across the region.
  • Provide insights from the market on competition and industry trends.
  • Participate in the identification, assessment and follow up of network projects (boutique openings, closings, renovations).

  • Commercial Performance

  • Set realistic and ambitious sales targets across the networks.
  • Analyze the market\'s KPI\'s and identify priority actions to achieve targets and business growth.
  • Support the marketing team by communicating the opportunities and needs of the brand in the market.

  • Internal network

  • Lead the internal boutiques network to achieve the sales target and business growth.
  • Develop along with the Mkt department action plans to boost sales.
  • Analyse Btq sales performance and individual sales performance.
  • Lead the business model transformation of our Flagship in Dubai Mall and implement New retail strategies and tools.
  • In charge of the Flagship operational excellence.
  • Develop and adapt a client strategy focusing on recruiting new clients and retaining existing ones.

  • External network

  • Ensure the implementation of the brand strategy with each partner.
  • Ensure sales target are achieved and monitor the sales situation (SI, SO, replenishment, stock).
  • Retailize each market making sure the standards of the brand are achieved, with a clear focus on the Btq network.
  • Support the team in setting up the processes, tools and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to drive the Boutique performance.
  • Monthly meeting with retailers, including sales report preparation and analysis.
  • Diffuse a client centric mindset within the teams and ensure the client KPIs are achieved.

  • Client Experience and Training

  • In collaboration with the CRM Manager, ensure the implementation and optimization of the customer database as well as the tools to achieve the targets.
  • Develop strategy to increase the data capture in all the markets.
  • Build a Client Insight culture
  • Elaborate local CRM action plans with the clear objective of developing Client acquisition, loyalty and engagement
  • Along with the regional training Manager, build the training strategy by market.
  • Supervise the implementation of the training tools and ensure the engagement of each participant.
  • Assess the needs by markets and support individual development plans.

  • Talent Management

  • Develop, attract and retain a high-performing team.
  • Builds retail career paths and individual development plans.
  • Foster teamwork and a creative culture.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
  • Business degree. At least 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the retail industry.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail/wholesale client experience required.
  • Strong display of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, follow up and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills, results driven.
  • Effective team player, collaborative approach.
  • Proven to be resilient
  • Proficiency in English. Arabic not mandatory but is a plus.
