Assisting and working directly with the Sales Team and Sales Manager.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and assist in arranging delivery dates.
Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product details.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Handling sales tasks overseas
System entries and records quotation and sales order directed by sales team

Salary:
3000 aed montly
Candidate shall be available in UAE and ready to start immediately
