Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Supervision

Organize, manage, and oversee post-construction cleaning tasks at various project sites. Lead cleaning teams to ensure timely and high-quality task completion. Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety, and adherence to client expectations. Allocate workforce, tools, and cleaning supplies according to project requirements. Prepare and implement site-specific safety procedures, risk assessments, and work methods.

Logistics & Driving

Operate company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and cleaning materials to different work sites. Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of cleaning machines and chemicals. Keep company vehicles well-maintained through regular checks, cleaning, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues. Comply with road safety laws and company driving policies at all times.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate daily logs of site progress, workforce schedules, and material usage. Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve operational concerns. Ensure all team members follow safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Provide recommendations to management to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills Required

High school/Diploma certificate or equivalent qualification. Valid UAE light-vehicle driving license with a clean driving history. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or driving role, preferably in cleaning or facilities management. Strong understanding of local roads and traffic guidelines. Effective communication and leadership capabilities. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure. Basic understanding of vehicle inspection and upkeep.
