The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and well-connected Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our elite team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating high-stakes transactions, advising a portfolio of discerning clients (investors, developers, and occupiers), and capitalizing on Dubai's buoyant commercial market. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on negotiation, building relationships, and unlocking unparalleled earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted marketing.
List, market, and sell/lease commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, land).
Conduct thorough market analysis, property valuations, and feasibility studies for clients.
Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from viewings to due diligence and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and secure agreements to ensure successful closings.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate market, sub-markets (DIFC, DSO, Business Bay, etc.), and relevant regulations.
Represent the company with professionalism at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Who You Are (Requirements):
Proven track record of at least
1+ years
in commercial real estate brokerage in the UAE, with a verifiable portfolio of closed deals.
Extensive network of contacts within Dubai's commercial real estate sector.
Deep knowledge of Dubai's commercial sub-markets, property laws, and transaction processes.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong financial and analytical acumen.
Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
