We are seeking a driven and experienced

Commercial Broker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the lease, sale, and purchase of commercial properties, including office spaces, warehouses, and mixed-use developments. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source commercial real estate opportunities for clients (tenants, landlords, buyers, and investors). Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values. Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including property listing, marketing, negotiations, and contract execution. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively prospect new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Prepare and present property proposals, comparative market analyses (CMAs), and investment summaries. Coordinate and conduct site visits, property inspections, and client meetings. Liaise with legal, finance, and property management teams to support successful deal closure. Stay updated on real estate trends, zoning regulations, and competitive market data. Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a commercial real estate broker or agent (minimum [X] years). Strong understanding of commercial property types and leasing/sales processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Real estate license (as required by local laws/regulations). Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with investment properties, portfolio sales, or tenant representation. Familiarity with local real estate laws, commercial leases, and zoning. * Multilingual abilities are a plus.
