Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to efficient procurement, contract management, and compliance to enhance the center's ability to manage capital projects and government contracts successfully.
Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of procurement processes, vendor selection, contract formation, and contract management.
Evaluate compliance with financial regulations, government mandates, and industry standards in procurement and contract activities.
Identify financial risks and potential non-compliance in procurement and contracts, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Analyze contracts for compliance with legal requirements, government regulations, and internal policies.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve procurement and contract processes, enhance compliance, and increase financial efficiency.
