Commercial Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A reputable international logistics team based in Dubai, specializing in secured, high-value transportation of luxury vehicles across global markets. : o Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team in overseeing the daily operations & client communications (emails, follow up calls etc.,). o Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients. o Update files and reports based on a checklist of documents required for audits. o Liaise between Commercial and Operations teams and their cross-cultural communication barriers.
Requirements
38 years old and below o Minimum of 3 years experience in an admin role, preferably in an office environment/corporate within logistic industry. o Must have experience in providing support to multiple team members/executives and not just one.
