Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Commercial Manager in daily tasks within the Commercial Department. Examine Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Tender Documents to formulate briefs for subsequent departmental execution. Keep the RFQ database current by updating information based on New/Assigned tasks, Ongoing processes, and Completed tasks. Integrate technical and legal content into proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with RFP/RFQ and Tender Documents' scope of work. Formulate contracts encompassing all legal and agreed-upon aspects of the scope of work, including specified parameters for legal compliance. Possess proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office. Fluency in both English and Arabic, with a preference for proficiency in spoken and written communication, including drafting skills will be preferred. Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Commercial Manager
