Request, monitor and timely provision of commercial / contract deliverables in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and contract requirements (e.g. bonds, insurance certificates)
Prepare project cashflow forecasts/ budgets as required by Finance
Prepare and ensure that cost / value reporting and end life forecasting on project are undertaken in accordance with WOOD policies and procedures and that the appropriate values are reflected in the management accounts
Prepare project PAFs/MMRs as per Contract requirement
Prepare final accounts and close out of contracts in accordance with contract requirements
Prepare internal project monthly reports for management
Prepare and manage RTS between various Wood\xe2\x80\x99s Business Units in accordance with relevant WOOD policies and procedures and in a manner, which optimizes WOOD\xe2\x80\x99s commercial position
Provide commercial and contractual advice to Project Managers and Commercial Manager
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, commerce, quantity surveying, or similar discipline
Minimum 6 years in commercial field with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
Strong cost control experience within UAE Major oil and gas and construction clients
Individual should have work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key contracting concepts and principle
Good working knowledge and experience of commercial administration and procedures
Experience in drafting and interpretation of contractual documentation
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel
