Provide planning, engineering, and integration oversight to assist the COMUSNAVCENT/5FLT, Tenant Unit CTF in the effective planning and management of CTF systems / networks / Sharepoint / Radio (RF) and other systems as deemed applicable by the contracting officer (COR) in accordance with CTF requirements. TS-SCI Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

+ Act as technical expert for all CTF technologies and technical liaison between CTF and COMUSNAVCENT/5FLT N6.

+ Provide support to the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO), and the Navy International Program Office (IPO) as necessary.

+ Support assigned Task Forces and CTF personnel in various working groups, information meetings, exercises, and conferences as required by the N6 and approved by the COR.

+ Configure and maintain CTF network hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS).

+ Configure / troubleshoot cryptographic devices (e.g., KG-175, KG-250, KG-250X KG-175D, and KIV7/SIV-7).

+ Support Basic Radio (RF) and SATCOM troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Attend daily recurring meetings to ensure technical situational awareness and provide SME-level oversight feedback as necessary.

+ Respond to emergent tasking and outages as instructed by the COMUSNAVCENT N6 and CTF leadership.

Material & Equipment Directly Used:

Navy classified and unclassified C4ISR computer systems and ONE-NET.

Working Environment:

Candidate will work primarily in computer facilities at Naval commands in an office or computer equipment room environment. Work outside of normal work week hours will be required to participate in meetings, troubleshooting efforts, and installations or upgrades.

Physical Activities:

+ Personnel may be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Individual must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted.

+ The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of installed computer and network equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BS in Information Technology (or equivalent technical degree) or 5+ years technical experience in related discipline required.

+ IAT Level II Certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP) with IA and CE required.

+ 5+ years' experience with Navy or DoD Networks (SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI).

+ 5+ years' experience with C4I Systems experience: BICES, GCCS-J/M, FMV, Coalition Partner Network (CPN-X), CENTRIXS / other C2 Systems Administration.

+ Active DoD TS-SCI (eligible) Security Clearance.

Experience / Skills:

+ Provide planning, engineering, and integration oversight to assist the COMUSNAVCENT/5FLT, Tenant Unit CTF in the effective planning and management of CTF systems / networks / Sharepoint / Radio (RF) and other systems as deemed applicable by the COR in accordance with CTF requirements.

+ Detailed knowledge of CTF MOC C2 systems to include knowledge of fleet communications and architectures.

+ Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.

+ Must be able to communicate well with senior Navy / DoD officials and technical personnel.

+ Candidate must be able to provide training remotely and in person.
