Job Description

Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years in collections, debt recovery, credit control, or a related field in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Start-Up Mindset

: Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment

typical of a

startup

, where roles may evolve, and innovation and adaptability are key.

Skills

: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Tech-Savvy

: Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital collection platforms.

Industry Knowledge

: Familiarity with BNPL, consumer lending, or financial risk management.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
