About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Collection Executive to manage daily cash and cheque collection tasks while supporting basic administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect customer cheques and cash and deposit them into company bank accounts as per SOP
Receive cheques and cash from customers securely and hand them over to the Finance Department
Collect and deliver official documents, licenses, certificates, and legal papers as needed
Provide employee pickup and drop-off services, ensuring punctuality and safety
Transport staff between company branches, outlets, warehouses, and offices when required
Deliver customer account statements, invoices, and outstanding summaries on time
Obtain customer signatures, stamps, or acknowledgments on statements and submit them to the Finance Department
Handle airport pickups and drops for employees, guests, and new joiners as scheduled
Visit government departments (Immigration, Labour, Municipality, Police, Courts, Notary, etc.) for document submissions, renewals, and approvals
Key Requirements:
Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification
Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory
Fluent in English; Hindi preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
