Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Experience of billing procedures and collection techniques
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Process payments and refunds
Update account status records and collection efforts Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
