Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in collections and auditing within the distribution or FMCG sectors? We are looking for a Collection Auditor to join our Finance/Collections team. In this role, you will ensure accuracy and compliance in collection processes, conduct audits, and recommend process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Perform market and customer visits across the UAE to enhance collection efficiency. Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on collections. Review financial records and identify inconsistencies or irregularities. Verify the accuracy of collection reports and assess internal control adherence. Identify risks and recommend corrective measures. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations. Provide training and guidance to collection staff on compliance standards. Analyse collection performance metrics and trends. Support internal and external audits related to collections.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, auditing, or financial compliance, with a focus on

distribution or FMCG industry experience

. Strong knowledge of collection regulations, financial auditing principles, and risk management. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

UAE Driving License is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Auditing, Finance, or Compliance (e.g., CPA, CFE, CIA) is a plus. Experience in AR, debt collection, or distribution industry standards. Familiarity with data analytics tools for financial auditing.
