Job Description
As a Colleagues Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing colleague accommodation facilities in Dubai & Abu Dhabi provided by the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of colleagues residing in company-provided accommodation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team responsible for the management and maintenance of colleague accommodation facilities. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all accommodation units. Coordinate check-in and check-out processes for colleagues, ensuring compliance with policies. Address and resolve colleague concerns and issues related to accommodation. Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments, availability, and occupancies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of accommodation units. Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments as needed. Coordinate with transportation services for commuting colleagues, if applicable. Implement colleague accommodation policies and guidelines. Promote a sense of community and colleague well-being within accommodation facilities. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in accommodation management. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies. * A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
