About the Role:



As a

Colleague Experience Coordinator

, you will be the face of HR aEUR" supporting colleagues across their entire employment journey. From onboarding to offboarding, accommodation to transport, youaEUR(TM)ll ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. YouaEUR(TM)ll work across multiple HR streams, support internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver a seamless colleague experience that reflects our values and brand.


Key Responsibilities:



Deliver exceptional service across HR functions: onboarding, operations, transport, accommodation, and offboarding. Act as a brand ambassador at the HR Service Desk, providing accurate and timely support. Maintain accurate data in HCM systems and manage personnel files. Coordinate colleague induction programs and ensure policy awareness. Process government approvals, PRs, and manage inventory and office supplies. Liaise with finance, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. Support with visa applications, relocations, and exit formalities. Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.

Top Skills Required:



Customer Service & Communication HR Administration & Data Accuracy Oracle HCM or HRMS (preferred) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Problem Solving & Adaptability Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment Empathy & Professionalism Team Collaboration & Cross-Training Flexibility Time Management & Attention to Detail Multilingual skills (a plus)

Qualifications:



Essential:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Desirable:

Associate or BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in HR or related field

Experience:



Essential:

1-2 years in a Human Resources or administrative role

Desirable:

Experience with Oracle HRMS and working in a multicultural environment
