Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cold Kitchen Team Leader to oversee daily cold kitchen operations. The role includes ordering ingredients, checking stock quality and levels, and being actively involved in production planning. You will supervise staff preparing sandwiches and salads, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to creating and developing new menu items.
