Preparing various types of salads (Oriental, Western, seasonal) and cold mezze items according to the menu.
Daily preparation of salad and appetizer ingredients (pre-prepping).
Arranging dishes in an attractive and consistent manner before serving.
Ensuring the safety and quality of the ingredients used.
Applying hygiene standards and proper storage practices in the cold section.
Monitoring the expiry dates of items and disposing of spoiled ones as per management instructions.
Coordinating with the head chef and other kitchen departments.
Training assistant staff when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
