Job Title: Coiled Tubing Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Coiled Tubing Engineer to support technical operations at an ADNOC project site. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a multinational team under the leadership of an expatriate supervisor, contributing to one of the region's most advanced oilfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end technical execution of coiled tubing operations--equipment setup, parameter tuning, and operational monitoring--ensuring full compliance with ADNOC and industry safety standards.
Participate in operation plan design and reviews; tailor construction plans to ADNOC oilfield characteristics and address real-time technical challenges on-site.
Support team coordination with the expatriate team leader; guide operators in standardized processes, uphold efficiency and quality, and report regularly to the client.
Compile operation data and create English technical reports per ADNOC documentation standards; track and apply client technical updates.
Conduct on-site HSE risk assessments and assist with the implementation of zero-incident safety practices.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
3+ yearsof hands-on experience in coiled tubing operations; ADNOC project experience is a strong plus.
In-depth understanding of coiled tubing equipment and ADNOC operational standards; proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Fluent Englishskills (spoken, written, and technical reporting) required; must hold valid well control and HSE certificates.
Excellent cross-cultural communication and team collaboration abilities.
Willingness to work in long-term overseas assignments and rotating shift systems; strong resilience under pressure.
