Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Sales
Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their store visit.
Understand customer preferences to recommend coffee blends, machines, and accessories tailored to their needs.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct coffee tastings and demonstrations to engage customers and promote product awareness.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Expertise
Demonstrate deep knowledge of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Stay informed on product launches, promotions, and new brewing innovations.
Educate customers on coffee preparation techniques and proper machine maintenance.
Store Operations
Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Maintain visual standards and cleanliness of the retail space.
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions and returns.
Adhere to company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Share knowledge and insights to help others improve product expertise and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (coffee industry experience a plus).
Strong passion for coffee and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Basic knowledge of brewing techniques, espresso machines, and coffee products preferred.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident in interacting with diverse customers.
