We are seeking an experienced and reliable

Supervisor

to oversee our

four cafe locations

. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and able to travel between branches as required. A

valid driving license and personal car are mandatory

for this role.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily coffee shop operations across shifts. Lead, train and motivate baristas & service team. Maintain high service quality, food & beverage standards. Monitor inventory & place supply orders as needed. Ensure health, hygiene & safety compliance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Prepare daily sales reports and assist in cost control.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years

experience in coffee shop / F&B supervision. Strong leadership & customer service skills. Knowledge of coffee preparation methods (barista knowledge preferred). Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends & holidays.
