The Role
Position Title: Coffee Shop Supervisor Employment Type: Full time Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications plus duty meal and uniform Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based chain of restaurants known for its classic French and Lebanese cuisines. : . Ensure that all staff under his team fully understood all policies, programs and standards for the efficiency and performance of cafe team members. . Enforce and maintain excellent customer service standards for entire cafe staff. . Responsible for creating wait staff schedules and finding fill-in staff when needed. Responsible for making sure that inventory was always at its proper levels. . Take responsibility for the smooth running of the Cafe, including setting up and clearing up. . Order goods and manage stock control within company procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Eastern European and Southeast Asian nationals . 40 years old and below . Minimum 2 years' experience in the same role . Immediate joiners are preferred
