Staff Management:
Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff, including scheduling, assigning responsibilities, and setting performance goals.
Sales & Profitability:
Meeting sales targets, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and managing budgets to maximize profitability.
Customer Service:
Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management:
Managing stock levels, ordering new products, and ensuring proper product display and rotation.
Store Operations:
Overseeing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, processing payroll, and tracking expenses to adhere to financial targets.
Marketing & Promotions:
Implementing marketing campaigns and sales promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, and loss prevention.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for senior management.
