Job description
Coffee Shop Attendant
Objective:
To welcome customers, and assist in the smooth and efficient operation of customer traffic ensuring each customer has been met and attended to in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, courteous service to our guests in the showroom.
Take customers' orders when needed to identify filled orders.
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
Prepare drinks for guests and staff such as Turkish coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Tea, etc.)
Order items needed to replenish supplies.
Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages.
Add relishes and garnishes to food orders, according to instructions.
Requirements
Your profile:
Qualifications : Minimum High school education
Experience : 2 years of minimum experience in a similar role as a tea boy
Key Attributes and Skills:
Strong customer service background and skills.
Cordial and effective communication (bilingual is added advantage)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good team & independent working abilities
Fluency in English
Ability to multi-task.
Pleasant personality and helping attitude
Punctual and respect for time
Highly organized, with attention to detail.
Ability to handle customer objections
