Job Description
- Must have at least 12 months of experience in roasting
- Familiarity with roasting machines of different types
- Required 1 year of barista experience
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Must be motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter attitude, must be creative in staying productive
- Team spirited and flexible can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Interest in specialty coffee and growing with a company
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff
- Willingness to go above and beyond expectations
