Job Summary:

The Post-Production Executive - Coffee (Post Packing) is responsible for managing and overseeing all activities after coffee has been packed. This includes quality checks, inventory control, labeling, storage, dispatch coordination, and documentation to ensure finished coffee products meet quality standards and are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Packing Operations

Oversee post-packing processes including inspection, sealing verification, and final product handling. Ensure packed coffee meets quality, weight, and labeling standards. Monitor packaging integrity to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination.

Quality Control

Conduct final quality checks on packed coffee (appearance, labeling accuracy, batch codes, expiry dates). Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities and corrective actions. Maintain compliance with food safety and industry standards (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, etc., if applicable).

Inventory & Storage

Manage finished goods inventory and ensure accurate stock records. Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness). Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for packed coffee.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch. Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, batch details, and shipping records. Ensure correct loading, palletizing, and handling during dispatch.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain post-production and packing records, batch logs, and traceability documents. Prepare daily/weekly reports on packed stock, rejections, and dispatch status. Support audits and inspections with accurate documentation.

Process Improvement & Safety

Identify opportunities to improve post-packing efficiency and reduce wastage. Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Train workers on proper handling and post-packing procedures when required.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of coffee processing and packaging standards Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Inventory and documentation management Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred) Good coordination and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Production, or related field (preferred) 1-4 years of experience in post-production, packing, or FMCG/food processing (coffee industry preferred) Familiarity with food safety and quality standards
Working Conditions

Factory / warehouse environment Standing and physical inspection may be required Shift-based work as per production schedule

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
