We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Technician

to service

commercial, domestic, residential coffee machines or espresso machines, grinders and similar equipment

. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing and maintaining espresso machines and coffee equipment for cafes, restaurants, offices and residential customers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or with team in the field.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial and domestic coffee and espresso machines Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and descaling Install new machines and water filtration systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues Provide on-site service for cafes, offices and residential customers Educate customers on proper machine use and basic care Maintain service records, parts usage, and job reports Follow safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

Experience servicing coffee machines, espresso machines, grinders or similar equipment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Basic plumbing knowledge (water lines, pumps, filtration) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with home machines (Breville, De'Longhi, Jura, Gaggia, etc.) Experience with commercial machines (La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Rocket, Bunn, Curtis, Fracino, SAB, Pascucci, etc.) Manufacturer training or technical certifications Previous field service experience
