Role Overview

We are looking for a Coffee Hostess who is passionate about communication, hospitality,

and specialty coffee. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in

setting the tone of their experience. This role is ideal for a dynamic, engaging young

professional eager to grow a career in hospitality and communications. Beyond traditional

hosting, we are seeking someone willing to redefine the role--transforming it from a classic

approach into a more specialized, experience-driven path within the world of specialty

coffee.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Seating: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, guide them
through seating options, and optimize table allocation for flow and comfort.

Engagement & Communication: Initiate authentic conversations with guests,
ensuring they feel valued and connected.

Brand Storytelling: Share the mission and fundamentals of Rosters Specialty Coffee
House, introducing guests to the craft and culture of specialty coffee.

Coffee Experience: Offer a complimentary cold brew tasting to create a memorable
first impression and spark curiosity.

Upselling & Experience Building: Encourage guests to explore new brews, origin
stories, and specialty drinks, subtly upselling while enhancing their journey.

Cultural Connection: Engage with a diverse clientele, drawing from Dubai's
multicultural environment to make everyone feel at home.

Team Support: Collaborate with baristas and service staff to ensure a seamless guest
experience.

Candidate Profile

Dynamic & Engaging: A lively personality with a natural passion for
communication.

Hospitality-Oriented: Previous experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles is

preferred.

Passion for Learning: Curious about specialty coffee, eager to expand knowledge
and share it with others.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Culturally Aware: Experienced in interacting with diverse cultures, ideally within

Dubai or the Middle East.

Ambitious: Sees this role not just as hosting, but as a stepping stone towards a career
in communications and hospitality.
