Your tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will include: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct research to identify potential clients within the coffee industry, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee shops.
Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms, to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
2. Consultative Selling:
Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and recommend suitable coffee equipment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our equipment.
3. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their coffee equipment needs.
Respond promptly to inquiries, provide expert guidance, and address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Negotiation and Sales Process:
Prepare and present competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company guidelines and pricing strategies.
