Position: Sales Representative at CASCARA Coffee Trading LLC, Dubai As a Sales Representative at CASCARA Coffee Trading LLC in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our high-quality coffee equipment to a diverse clientele within the coffee industry. Your tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will include: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients within the coffee industry, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee shops.
  • Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms, to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
2. Consultative Selling:
  • Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and recommend suitable coffee equipment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our equipment.
3. Relationship Building:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their coffee equipment needs.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, provide expert guidance, and address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Negotiation and Sales Process:
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company guidelines and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
5. Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the coffee industry, including equipment advancements, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Use this knowledge to position our equipment effectively and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
6. Goal Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
7. CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and prospects using the company\'s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Continuous Learning:
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of coffee equipment, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
9. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in delivering value to clients.
10. Customer Feedback:
  • Act as a feedback conduit between customers and the company, providing insights into customer needs, preferences, and suggestions for product enhancements.
