Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee and Beverage Barista with the ability to create delicious coffee drinks, beverages, and ice cream treats. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, beverages, and ice cream, along with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and ice cream treats according to established recipes. Ensure quality and consistency in all products served. Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders, process payments, and handle inquiries. Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista in a coffee shop or cafe is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. Familiarity with ice cream production and serving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality beverages and treats. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in barista training or relevant courses. Experience in creating and serving specialty coffee drinks. Knowledge of different coffee beans, flavours, and brewing methods. Understanding of flavour combinations for ice cream offerings.
