Our client is a sports academy focused on volleyball and beach volleyball. The academy is founded around the idea of helping people to improve lifestyle and social interactions through sport. They offer classes and training to different levels and ages (amateur, beginners, kids, advanced, corporate groups),

what we offer

First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. They are open to discuss fulltime or part-time employment. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Lastly, you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Major Responsibilities:

• Teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques;
• Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback;
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses;
• Advising about health and lifestyle issues;
• Developing training programs;
• Undertaking administrative tasks;
• Assisting with sports promotion/development.
