Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CNG Kit Installation:

Install CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) conversion kits in vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Ensure proper fitting of CNG cylinders, pipes, valves, and associated components

Inspection & Diagnostics:

Perform diagnostic checks on CNG systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning. Inspect vehicles before and after installation for safety and performance.

Maintenance & Repair:

Conduct routine maintenance of CNG systems including pressure checks, leakage tests, and component servicing. Repair or replace faulty CNG components as required.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory standards related to CNG handling and installations. Conduct gas leak tests and certify vehicle safety post-installation.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Report work progress, issues, and parts used to supervisors.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers to explain installation procedures and provide basic training on CNG system usage and safety. Address customer concerns or questions professionally.

Tools & Equipment Handling:

Operate and maintain tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of all used equipment.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest CNG technologies and installation techniques.
Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications:

Should have hands-on experience with dual fuel systems - particularly in converting diesel vehicles to CNG Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field is mandatory; Gulf experience will be highly preferred. Must possess technical knowledge in computerized diagnostics and system checks for CNG vehicles. Experience of 3-4 years in the same field
