Job Description
We are hiring a skilled CNC Programmer/Technician/Operator to support the production of high-quality decorative metal components, including mashrabiya panels and architectural facades. The role involves CNC programming, machine operation, and collaboration with design teams to deliver precise, artistic metalwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC machines using
ArtCAM, PowerMill, or MasterCAM
Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD designs for metal facade elements Set up machines for cutting steel, aluminum, MDF, acrylic, and foam Run test simulations and make program adjustments as needed Ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specsRequirements:
3-5+ years' CNC experience in decorative metalwork or similar Strong knowledge of
CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting
Experience withfacade or architectural fabrication
is a plus Proficient inAutoCAD
