Job Summary:

Metaform Industries LLC is looking for an experienced and driven

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the production operations of our

Sheet Metal and Architectural Metal

division. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical and managerial experience in metal fabrication, project execution, quality assurance, and workforce supervision. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and efficient production performance in alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all production activities related to sheet metal and architectural metal products. Supervise production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for smooth operations. Oversee shop floor operations, labor management, and adherence to health and safety standards. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Monitor quality control standards and implement continuous improvement processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures for productivity improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and ISO standards. Train and develop production team members to enhance technical and operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. with Engineering Certificate Minimum 6 years of experience in a production management role within the

sheet metal or architectural metal

industry. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, machines, and materials. Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing teams and projects. Proficient in reading fabrication drawings and managing CNC machines, punching, bending, and finishing operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and Oracle systems, Lean
