Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
CNC Programmer
to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience working with various materials such as metal, wood, and acrylic, and a strong understanding of machine tools and safety procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
CNC machines
(metal, wood, acrylic). Interprettechnical drawings, CAD files
, and cutting/bending files. Load materials and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency. Performroutine maintenance
on machines and tools. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards. Make adjustments to machine settings as needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.Required Skills:
Familiarity with
CNC metal bending machines, CAD file making, cutting file making
Strong knowledge ofacrylic, CNC machines, wood CNC Machine, metal CNC
Proven experience as a CNC operator Ability to read and interpretCAD drawings
and technical documents.Immediate Joiner required.
