Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior CNC Programmer
with expertise inaluminum and facade systems
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing efficient CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring high-quality production.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize
CNC programs
for aluminum and facade components. Work with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create precise machining instructions. Select and definecutting tools, feeds, and speeds
to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with design and production teams to enhance manufacturability. Troubleshoot and resolvemachine programming issues
. Ensure compliance withindustry standards and quality control
requirements. Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators.Requirements:
5+ years
of CNC programming experience, preferably in aluminum and facade manufacturing. Proficiency inCAD/CAM software
and G-code programming. Strong knowledge ofCNC milling, drilling, and routing
operations. Experience withHAAS, FANUC, or Siemens
CNC controllers is a plus. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and blueprints
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
