Cnc Programmer
Job Description
Job Summary:
A leading precision machining company in Dubai is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in SolidCAM (SolidWorks) and high-precision component manufacturing.
This role requires deep knowledge of CNC programming and hands-on experience in machining processes. You'll work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of complex parts from drawing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using SolidCAM (SolidWorks)
Interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and GD&T documentation
Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure precision and efficiency
Support CNC setup and trial runs to validate programs
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs when needed
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams for part validation
Maintain organized program files and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement in programming and machining practices
